How do I register my admin account?

You can not register your admin panel account. Your senior staff will provide you your new registration login detail from their end. Admin registration is not for public registration. You have to agree our terms and condition before providing your services to our company. You can find related user terms and condition fom our knowledgebase page.

You can login to your admin panel from Login Here or you can find firm login page from our website bottom links or sitemap. Here you can login securally to you account. Login to your account without Keep me login, login session will expire after inactive user activity on panel and you have to login again (High security) or Login to your account with Keep me login, login session will never expire while you have not logout manually from your account. You will keep always loged in whenever you come back on same browser (Less security).

Yes your login activity log by our portal only last 20 entry (Security Alert). You can check your login history on your admin panel dashboard which tells you whenever you have login or logout on storecity portal.

If you have forgot your login detail like login id or login password you can not recover them at your end you have to ask to your seniour staff by writting an application online or offline.

Company staff can have only one registration from their single userid and user id cannot be chage. There may be another registration provide you by our seniour staff if you are having multiple role on our company.

No, Our company staff id and customer id is totally diffrent. If staff want to become a customer he should be register as customer saperatly from online customer registration panel. Staff can not login to customer account with their staff login detail.
